Your contract is with Holiday vacations and safaris ltd. We draw your Attention to the following terms and conditions, which cover all brochures and correspondence and all bookings made with us. Any contract with Holiday vacations and safaris ltd is subject to these terms and conditions from which no person has the Authority to depart before making a booking with us , You must ensure that you have read and understood these booking conditions ( Raising any queries you may have with us). By asking us to confirm your booking your are liable to be regarded as having and opportunity to do so and to have actually done so before the Contract between us come into Existence.

Manage the fleet to ensure the lower operational cost while maintaining our procedures to give the standard service to our client or Guest.

DEPOSTS AND PAYMENT
Upon booking with Holiday vacations and safaris ltd a 15% Deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking process and ground preparation. Payment instructions will be communicated via Mail. The final balance payment of the tour booked is required no later than 6 weeks before the tour start bookings made within 6 weeks of the tour start date should be paid in Ful programmed of the total stay.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
Once the payment has done with our Client in the proper way, less than 15 days prior to arrival no refund , 30-45 Days the company will refund the client 50% of the Amount paid. 45 Days the company will refund 75% to the client.
